I do not lead by example. I do not exemplify what you should be when you grow up. I am not anyone you should aspire to be like or try to emulate. I am in the porn industry, not the sex education business. And although I have made a few statements here and there warning people of the potential dangers that come with certain sexual activities, it is not my place or duty to do so. My job is to give you jack off material, nothing more, nothing less. Just because you see someone else doing something doesn't mean you should do it too.
I live my life according to how I see fit. I try to be cautious most of the time but more often than not temptation gets the best of me and inhibition goes out the window. This may come as no surprise to you but I'm really not smart, just lucky. Honestly I do alot of stupid things. Deeds that would be considered reckless and risky but for some reason or another I have lived through them virtually scot-free (with getting raped as the only exception). Honestly, who would want to follow in my footsteps? Your life is your responsibility. Your choices, your consequences.

Hey man, we all do things that are risky! You just want to know who you do them with. I never had a porn star/some one that works in the porn industry as a hero...but I envy those who work in it, because they get so lucky most times!!!
My role models were always rock stars, who like porn actors, always risked themselves by doing something "risky"!

Wyler, I'm a relatively new reader of your blog (within the past month or so). I don't remember how I came across it, exactly, but I can tell you that I might come across two dozen blogs per week. Very few of these are ones I check back to regularly.
Yours, however, is. It's not because your dick is posted all over the page or because you blog about your sexual life. It's because you show depth, character, human interests, and a little bit of emotional vulnerability. It's because you like video games, and because you demonstrate humility, and because you don't just value shallow hedonism.
As a young man, regardless of my sexuality, I appreciate getting an intimate glimpse into someone else's mind, someone that resembles me in certain aspects. And I can't even speak for even younger men who may be struggling with their own sexual expression.
You may not be a conventional role model, but you certainly serve a positive role. And you should know, I thank you for that.

What gave you the idea you were considered a role model? Did somebody appoint you theirs? I guess an aspiring porn star might admire you and think he had something to learn from your example, because it seems you have handled your career pretty well. But role models usually tend to be something like father figures. You're really not quite old and experienced enough for that yet.

I would say, no person on this earth should follow anyone( others!!) examples! I mean humanity is a swirling mass of mistakes, and misguided emotions and extreme confusion!
The only role model I believe we can follow is ourselves. We can only see things as such, and through a very limited view of others. Its near impossible to be a "role model" as such. To be a role model, you must be perfect in my eyes and my world. Anything less is no worth while.

You do not intend to be a role model or even claim to be one, but I do respect the fact that you make the effort to tell people just that. Risk is everywhere, so don't take extra caution, because we all have a big risk of life/death. We have the same risk as a meteorite landing on Earth and hits you directly.

As for me, I feel as if I’m reading the blog of a person who is being true to himself. That’s one of the many reasons I keep coming back to see what you have to say. (Another being that you do it for me, no question there – OK, so I’ll admit that’s the main reason. Nothing wrong with that is there?)
The definition of a role model includes “A person who serves as an example of a positive behaviour, especially in some specific field” as well as a “person whose behaviour is copied by others”, “a model: someone worthy of imitation”.
I certainly don’t see you as someone to copy. You’re not infallible.
Positive behaviour? In some areas yes eg the attitude, emotive expression and common generality you show in your posts, in others, not so much. I don’t agree with everything you’ve posted but then the world would be a very boring place if everyone was the same.
